WebThese should be done as Combine or simple boss or cut features in the part file that contains the imported geometry until the solids in that file contain exactly what you want to remove from your new geometry. Insert your new part that you want to combine/subtract the bodies from into the same assembly. Mate origins to origins, don't fix.
