This compound demonstrated potent and prolonged antiviral activity against R5-tropic HIV-1 when given 200 mg once daily dose for 14 days. These findings supported further clinical development of INCB009471 and they have since progressed to phase IIb clinical trials. Webβ-Thromboglobulin ( β-TG ), or beta-thromboglobulin, is a chemokine protein secreted by platelets. [1] [2] It is a type of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 7. [3] Along with platelet factor 4 (PF4), β-TG is one of the best-characterized platelet-specific proteins.
