With dual fire both plugs fire together, so switch the plugs and see if the problem goes to the to the rear cylinder. If no change, then switch the plug wires at the coil. The 1st thing to check with any EFI vehicle is battery voltage. EFI vehicles are dependent upon battery voltage. A fully charged 12 volt battery will test to 12.8> volts static. If you dump too much in, you increase the chances of hot start by coating the plug/chamber with fuel. Finding a balance of just enough of the mix to get the job done does keep the start up misfires down.
