WebJul 27, 2024 · IVR confirms a valid IP address, subnet mask and gateway. IVR reports DNS server same as gateway. A desktop PC and a working HT502 connect to the same switch. This is part of a larger problem where Web UI cannot be accessed through WAN despite IVR Option 12 being ‘enabled’ and several reboots later.
